1) Staff was awesome. There was somebody at out beck and call 24*7. Had a medical emergency in the wee hours and needed some medicine which the staff on duty was able to promptly dig in to their first aid kit and provide. 2) The best complimentary breakfast that I’ve had in quite some time. Stayed over 3 days - all days were exceptional. 3) The dine in experience in Delicia was really good. Had dinner there one night and everything we ordered was made right then and appealed to our palates.

It is a stone throw away from the US counsulate. There are a lot of eating and shopping options nearby but the best place to eat is the multi cuisine restaurant in the hotel itself. It had a good ambience, good choice of tasty food, service was fast and staff were polite. The cost of food was also cheaper than restaurants of the same grade. Mr. Sushil at the reception was pleasant, helpful and prompt. The rooms, beddings, linens, and overall hotel were clean and tidy. Complementary breakfast had a decent spread. Overall, a great stay. Will definitely be my first choice next time in Hyderabad.

Very clean and tidy hotel with free valet parking. Staff assisted with our luggage from the car into the hotel and then to our rooms. Location is good for access from the ring road and far enough from the city centre to avoid traffic jams.

If you want to be near the US consulate, this hotel is best to stay, just 5 mins walk.Hot, freshly made breakfast everyday. Staff was super friendly and always eager to help. Very neat and clean hotel.

The spread was good and the quality was excellent. The South Indian options were particularly delightful (Utappa, Idli Bonda Bhaji and Dosa with Coconut chutney)

Hotel is well located near Railway station and sindhi camp bus stand. This is the best usp of this property . I got a very good deal price thats why i booked it. Room amenities were really very good , swimming pool on terrace , enjoyed drinks poolside . Checkin was smooth , early checkin was not possible for me as rooms were not available . Had dinner at hotel . Food quality was good. one flute player was also there .. he was very good at his job , he was playing melodious voice...

Sound (screaming and helling) from neighbor building was disturbing our night sleep. And I like clean and tidiness when stay for long time (3days). If house keeping was done daily that would be great. It was missing. No house keeping was done in Our stay(3 days). Otherwise overall excellent.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was not only comfortable but also spotlessly clean, and the decor was tasteful.
